Scared of using resin for the first time? Worried about wasting expensive materials as you learn what the heck you're doing... I know I was!
Don't worry. I'll walk you step by step through the entire process!
Two years ago I was you. Unsure and insecure about trying resin but in love with all of the amazing resin projects and pieces I was seeing pop up online. I wanted to jump in and make something but I had no clue where to start.
All of the videos I watched assumed I already knew what I was doing. These ladies were making beautiful projects and skipping over the beginning portions saying things like "and now we'll mix our resin."
5 seconds and a time-lapse later they were ready to pour resin and I was still confused on how to put part A and part B together! I couldn't find any tutorials that went over the basics so I was left with questions like:
I didn't know who to ask so I just jumped in. I ordered resin online and started working on my first project. And my first project didn't go exactly as planned... but y'all it wasn't horrible either.
So I get it. I know how it feels to scroll through Instagram looking at all the beautiful resin coasters and think "I want to make that!" but have no clue how to start.
For me every project was trial and error and y'all half the time I had no clue what I was doing.
It took hours of work to fix the mistakes I made in my first two projects and get them to the photo worthy state they're in today (do you know how long it takes to sand a piece of hair out of a resin tray? I do!). Hours of time learning from my mistakes and figuring out a better solution.
The Resin for Beginners Course is the step-by-step solution you've been looking for to help you learn to mix resin correctly the first time, save countless hours deciding what supplies are right for your next project and how to stay safe as you dive into your next craft project.

As a maker I love to make things! It's kind of in the name right? Which means I have no reservations about jumping into a new hobby and trying a new project. But let's face it resin is way more expensive then your average craft hobby.
So you're probably a little hesitant to jump in and give it a go.
I know I was! Before I started making resin pieces I looked at them, longingly from afar. I scrolled past them on Instagram but had no clue where to start. Even when I did finally jump in I was so worried.
I have to get this right, I can't afford to mess it up!
But here's the thing... you're going to mess up. It's all in the nature of being a maker.
I had no one to walk me through the process the first time I made a resin project... and those pretty pieces up above? They didn't start out that way.
I under-mixed my first resin pour and had to re-do those eggs four times. When it came to the tray's I had the mixing down but had yet to determine the best practices for picking a workspace. Which wouldn't be a problem except for one little thing... cat hair.
Car hair in my resin trays.
Do you know how to remove hair from resin? Hours of sanding into the tray with a dremel only to need a new topcoat of resin to fill in the groves.
Luckily for you I've tried it all, and I'm going to walk you step-by-step through the process so that you don't make mistakes like these.
My Resin for Beginners Course will teach you everything you need to know to jump straight into making beautiful resin pieces... the first time!

Do you recommend where to find eco-friendly resins and supplies?
This is not a main topic of my course but since I get this question frequently here's the answer! I use Total Boat's MakerPoxy which is a biodegradable epoxy resin. As a general rule of thumb Resin is biodegradable if produced from organic materials: things like eco-resin, silicone resin and epoxy resin fall in this category. Resins like polyester/fiberglass, polyurethane and thermoset do not. Of course, that doesn't mean it's 100% eco-friendly as resin is toxic to begin with but as far as resins go I find it to be an eco-friendly option.
Do you offer refunds?
Since this is a 100% digital product we do not accept refunds.
One more time, here's EVERYTHING you get when you purchase the Ultimate Resin Guidebook!
